Gaziantep city Şehitkamil district Kuzeyşehir general infrastructure and landscaping work, which was founded with the participation of Gaziantep G. City Mayor Fatma Şahin, is undertaken by TOKI. The infrastructure supplier of the project was Kuzeyboru A.Ş. Being the supplier of the giant project with HDPE100 pipes, fittings, and telecom pipes in various diameters, Kuzeyboru completed the project.

The head of the Housing Development Administration (TOKI) Ergün Turan and the Minister of Finance Mehmet Şimşek made the presentation of the Kuzeyşehir project, which was prepared and implemented by Gaziantep Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin, with 50 thousand houses. TOKİ President Turan pointed out that the project to be implemented in Gaziantep includes a work of 50 thousand residences on an area of ​​8.5 million square meters and emphasized that this project means the construction of a new city.

Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Şahin explained that they implemented the project that they built a new city with their green areas, neighborhood texture, and houses in a very short time:

"Under the leadership of our President, we first handed over 5.5 million square meters of the area to TOKI very quickly. All infrastructure services were completed in a short period of 6 months. There is a great success story." Said.
